Frankenstein

 

Victor Frankenstein is an ambitious young student. ‘I will show the world the mystery of life!’ he declares. But he is horrified by the monster he creates.

‘Why did you play with life in this way?’ cries the monster. Rejected by society, the monster is determined to destroy his creator and all those who are dear to him.

"The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars."
